These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the IntelliEx Global website located at intelliexglobal.com and the IntelliEx platform (collectively, the Service), operated by IntelliEx Global Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

IntelliEx Global, we, us, or our refers to IntelliEx Global Ltd. User, you, or your refers to any individual or organisation accessing the Service. Platform refers to the IntelliEx AI-powered organisational excellence software, including all modules, the Excellence Intelligence Layer (EIL), and associated tools. Content means all text, data, graphics, reports, and outputs generated by or displayed through the Service.

The Service is intended for use by businesses, government entities, award bodies, and professional consultancies. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent. The Service is not directed at consumers for personal use.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service — including the Platform architecture, the Excellence Intelligence Layer (EIL), all software, algorithms, frameworks, reports, branding, and documentation — are and shall remain the exclusive property of IntelliEx Global Ltd or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights or licence to use our intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary to use the Service as permitted herein. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

7. Platform Availability and Beta Features

The IntelliEx platform is currently in active development. Certain modules are live and operational; others are in development and will be released progressively. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or module at any time, with or without notice. Beta or preview features are provided without warranty and may be changed or removed at our discretion.

8. Data and Confidentiality

You retain ownership of all data you upload or input into the Platform. By using the Service, you grant IntelliEx Global Ltd a limited licence to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your data does not infringe any third-party rights and that you have all necessary permissions to upload it to the Platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. IntelliEx Global Ltd does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors. AI-generated outputs, assessments, and recommendations provided by the Platform are for informational and decision-support purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any organisational, legal, financial, or regulatory decision.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IntelliEx Global Ltd and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees paid by you to IntelliEx Global Ltd in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) £100.
